Information we collect
We may collect information that clients provide through PostFoundry, including account details, contact information, recorded interviews, source material, drafts, edits, approval decisions, media, and information about connected social accounts. We may also collect basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use client information to provide PostFoundry, including creating and improving client-specific content memory, preparing content, presenting materials for review, responding to support requests, maintaining security, and carrying out approved scheduling or publishing actions. PostFoundry does not publish content without the client’s approval in the applicable workflow.
How information is shared
PostFoundry does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share client information for another party’s independent marketing use. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. When a client directs PostFoundry to connect or publish to a social platform, the approved content and the information necessary for that action are sent to that platform under the client’s instruction.
Client control and deletion
Clients can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of their information at any time. We will process deletion requests promptly, subject to limited retention needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and routine backup systems. Deleting an account or disconnecting a social account stops future use of the related connection.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so clients should use strong account credentials and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
Data retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain client-approved content memory, meet the purposes described in this policy, or comply with applicable obligations. Clients may request deletion as described above.
Children’s privacy
PostFoundry is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as PostFoundry develops or as legal and operational requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
